The product knowledge was conscise, very informative & I felt the second time around more enthusiastic about the Natalie range of products. As with any product you first get to know, you tend to be a little sceptical at first, but after trying and experiencing some of the range - I'm impressed.

I applied the body butter I purchased today from NSS onto my client's hands this afternoon, and she agreed with me that 'this' definitely feels better than any other product I have used on her to date - her skin did not soak it up instantly like other products we have tried in the past, it actually lasted right up until she left - 15min later.

The main thing that made my day was how she noticed and appreciated that I cared enough to find something for her that would help make a difference. Well, she was impressed and so was I - I gave her a little pot sample to take home and use which she sincerely appreciated. Yay!!"
