The weather is warm, the days are longer and there is plenty of fun to be had.  So of course, we want our skin and bodies looking it’s best for this fun time of year!

Unfortunately the warmer weather can play havoc on our skins causing unwanted blackheads, breakouts, oily shine and let’s not forget sundamage and sensitivity!

So what can we do to help?  Well our skincare routine and our diet can both have a big impact on how can we give our skin that summer glow:

  • Make the most of the berries that are still in season. Add them to a smoothie or your muesli to get plenty of age-fighting antioxidants like Vitamin C.  This will give your skin extra sun protection, naturally!
